The main material grades of high carbon steel strip in our production includes c50s,c60s,c67s,c75s. These materials are manufactured through heat-treatment process to achieve variety of tensile strength and hardness for various application. 

c50s, steel grade is equivalen to international standar - ck50,c50s,sae1050. For c50s steel strip, for heat-treatment, our allowed thickness is 0.2mm-2.5mm and width 8mm-300mm. tensile stength is 1200-2000R/mm2, order minimunquantity is 2mt for each size.

c60s, steel grade is similar to internation standar ck60,cs60,sae1060. Our steel products meets Chinese GB, JAPANESE JIS,US ASTM ,UK BS,EU DIN STRANDARD AD SO ON. We can produce c60s cod rolled steel strip, c60s cold rolled annealed steel strip, c60s hardened and tempered steel strip.

Hardened and Tempered Steel Strip in factory,thickness of between 0.15mm and 2.5mm can be made and, depending on the appropriate combination to suit the process equipment, strip widths of between 8 mm to 300 mm are produced.

SK5 high carbon steel is used to make various tools which request high hardness and wear resistance, such as the shape of the mold and the simple punch, metal cutting tools, drilling tools, woodworking cutter, countersink drills, axes, chisels, hand saws longitudinal and fitter assembly tools, rivet die and other minor tools.
