The main material grades of high carbon steel strip in our production includes c50s,c60s,c67s,c75s. These materials are manufactured through heat-treatment process to achieve variety of tensile strength and hardness for various application. Quenching and tempering process improve the spring properities (hardness, strength, wear resistance) of high carbon steel, which in this process, the tensile strength is 1200-1900R/mm2. High carbon steel with tensile strength (450-560R/mm2) acquired in annealing process, is suitable for making products which need forming and stamping.
