c50s steel strip
1. When we purchased hot rolled steel coils, the steel crude material has to be go through acid wash facility to get rid of the rust and then put in controlled atmosphere for annealing process, next it will be cold rolled to the requiredsize.
2. edge treatment (slit or rouned)will be made in this step as well as quenched and tempered.
3. then we will polish the strip with advanced polished machine purchaed from German and then tempered to be the required color of the surface of strip steel.
4. coil weight can be made according to customer`s request as well as inner diameter or outer diameter (ID-400mm, 450mm, or up)
5. each coils will be packed with anti-rust paper and light oil then wrapped in plastic film with metallic pallet, steel strapping will be fastened outside of each pallet to avoid collapse when shipment.
6. Pre-shipment Inspectation is acceptable as per customer`s request.
