narrow steel strip

We produce spring steel strip for wiper blades use, instead of steel wire, in material grades spring steel ck67,sk5. Usual size is 0.8mm x 7mm and 0.8mm x 14mm in the production lines. Edge is treated with slitting, no burr. During the heat-treatment, the hardness is controlled between 45-50HRC, tolerance +/-2HRC for one coil. Coil type can be ribbon wound or Jumbo wound. We also accept other size if customers require.
