75Cr1 is one type of high carbon steel grade, which our factory supplies in quenched and tempered conditions or cold rolled annealed steel. C75Cr1 steel is widely used for kinds of springs and tool application, especially in the manufacture of saws. The high chromium helps to achieved higher hardness in the heat treatment process than the standard C75.
75Cr1 steel chemical composition:
Thickness: 0.15mm to 5.50mm and width 2mm to 600mm
Hardness: 29-55HRC for hardened and tempered process, 160-200HV for annealed process
Surface: yellow, bright, white, nature, blue etc
