Hardened and tempered High Carbon Steel C100S (1095)
We produce and supply high carbon spring steel C100S (AISI 1095), normally supplied in hardened and tempered or annealed conditions, also manufacture spring steels C55S, C60S, C67S, C75S as well as 51CrV4 according to EN-10140 standard..
C100S chemail composition:

| Silicon | 0.05-0.35% |
| Manganese | 0.30-0.50% |
| Sulphur | 0.035% max |
| Phosphorus | 0.035% max |
Carbon steel strip specification:
Thickness: 0.15mm - 6.0mm
Width: 2mm to 1200mm
Hardness: 29-55HRC for hardened and tempered, 21-28HRC for cold rolled, below 19HRC for annealed
Surface: nature, blue, white, polished, yellow, black painted
High carbon spring steel strips C100S common equivalent to AISI 1095 , CS95, and SK95 steel grade, used for for springs, saws, clutch plates and valves etc. It is generally used where higher hardness’s and wear resistance is required or where a higher strength is required in lower thickness material.
The specification in our production, is manufactured acoording to EN-10140 standard.
